About Us | Simplefix Hardware Sdn. Bhd.

Our Story

Why Simplefix Hardware exists

Simplefix Hardware Sdn. Bhd. was set up in Bandar Sri Permaisuri, Kuala Lumpur to serve hardware retailers, contractors and online sellers who need a single, reliable source for everyday hardware — not a different supplier for every product line. Rather than sourcing garden tools from one factory, locks and door hardware from another and taps and shower systems from a third, we carry garden tools, locks and security hardware, door hardware, fasteners, tapes, painting tools, plumbing and bathroom accessories under a single wholesale account.

Our registered business nature covers wholesale, general trading, distribution and retail — which means we work with the full chain of buyers in the hardware trade: bulk wholesale buyers, regional distributors, hardware retail shopfronts and online resellers, each on terms suited to their order volume and channel.

Every listing in our catalog is priced and sold per unit, with specifications and quantities confirmed before dispatch. That's also why our quotes reflect real stock counts and real lead times, not a marked-up catalog estimate.

Common Questions

Before you send an enquiry

The questions we get asked most by hardware retailers, contractors and online sellers.

What's your minimum order quantity?

Minimum order quantities vary by product line and will be confirmed at the quotation stage based on real stock on hand.

Can I mix product lines in one order?

Yes. Because all nine category groups run through the same wholesale account, you can combine garden tools, security hardware, door hardware, fasteners, tapes, painting tools, plumbing and bathroom accessories into a single purchase order and one delivery.

Do you supply retailers as well as wholesalers?

Yes. Our registered business nature covers wholesale, distribution and retail, so we can work with bulk buyers, regional distributors, hardware retail shopfronts and online resellers on terms suited to each.

Do you supply contractors and renovation businesses?

Yes. Alongside retail and distribution accounts, we regularly supply contractors and renovation businesses ordering fasteners, fittings and plumbing hardware in bulk for active projects.
