We carry on business as a wholesaler, general trader, distributor and retailer of hardware products, including garden tools, padlocks, door handles, screws and nails, tapes, paint brushes, water taps, showerheads and other related accessories and services, sold to wholesale buyers, distributors, retailers and online sellers.
Prices shown on this website are indicative and priced per unit; they do not constitute a binding offer. A binding order exists only once we confirm your order details, quantity, pricing and delivery terms in writing, whether by email or a formal quotation.
Prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and exclude shipping unless otherwise stated. Payment terms, including any deposit required for bulk or custom orders, are confirmed at the quotation stage. No payment gateway is available on this website; bank transfer details are shared directly once an order is confirmed.
Product weights, dimensions and specifications shown on this website are approximate and subject to standard manufacturing tolerances. Minor variances do not constitute a breach of these terms.
Lead times and delivery timeframes quoted to you are estimates based on stock availability and shipping method, and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly agreed in writing.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
